Loctite 1373425 Hysol 1C

Forget every "fuel tank" patch or repair kit out there. They're junk, even those specifically marketed for fuel tank repair. They will NOT last. A lot of products like the JB line will yellow and fail after weeks or months under pump gasoline due to the additive packages. This is good stuff, catalyzed, and resists fuel better than anything I've found that doesn't require baking.If you are able to heat parts at a stable temp for hours, get an even better epoxy in the Hysol line, but otherwise this is it. This is the stuff you want.

Best epoxy glue I've ever used. It is just ever so slightly flexible after cure. I have repaired plastic hasps or latching clips and had the surrounding plastic break later while the epoxy stayed intact. Heating material slightly with a blow dryer or heat gun prior to application will cause the glue to adhere better, flow, and cure into a smooth, shiny surface. Can be sanded and painted after cure. I've even mixed in ink from a marker before application with no apparent weakening of final product.

This is a very good product. been using it for years. aircraft industry also uses it. The product is 5 star but amazons deceptive picture is not.It showe's 2 tubes in picture. You only get 1 tube. It is non returnable so be careful , What u see is NOT what you get

"squeeze an equal length of resin and hardener" but the two tubes aren't the same size! When I go to the manufacturers website, they show 2.5:1 ratio... now I've already applied the stuff according to the box which is apparently wrong, and I can only hope my vacuum quality doesn't suffer :(
