I am so upset this item came not wanting to turn on and I called the company not Amazon regarding it and advised them of it. It is not even 30 days old and it will not hold a full charge and will not even turn on or charge today. I purchased a square trade for it and when I thought it would be replaced I am told it will have to be reordered. This means 2 days after the tablet arrives at the company they will refund my card, however, my bank has 30 days to refund my card. Then I will have to reorder it and have it shipped again When you have school and business and need to be portable and mobile this isn't a good policy.. Why not just replace it. Send the new one out and be done with it. I am probably not going to ever buy another product that is electronic on here due to this policy. I need my items to work when I purchase them

Bought this tablet for my nephew only for him to tell me now the tablet keep freezing up while using it so you see this is really not a good tablet to buy.i am so disappointed in this buy because I taught I got him something good for his birthday.

I purchased one of these tablets and was so pleased I purchased two more. I bought one for my mother and uncle and it is perfect for their needs. I works well running apps, playing games and everyday stuff. I have had no issues and the seller is great!

This was a good value for the price, but less than a month afterward, it would turn off, and wouldn't come back on until it decided it was ready. The volume down button broke, like the little button inside the tablet is bad so it can't be reset, and it's done for. Doesn't work. It hasn't turned back on in about 2-3 weeks. I won't be purchasing another prontotec tablet again. My stepson is pretty disappointed that it stopped working.

This tablet's resolution is very poor, speed is slow, and only worked for 3 months. I had it completely charged one evening before turning the device off for the night. The next day, I went to turn the device back on to use it and it never came back on. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone! It might be good for target practice, that's about it!

Worked for as long as I had the tablet. But kind of scratches easy

Bought this for my wife after she broke the last one. Still working and my wife loves it. Battery lasts longer than my expensive tablet.
