I've used these for years, and I love them. But I just received the most bizarre thing -- 6 pieces of "shoe laces" in lengths of 8", 9", 12" and 27" (2). Needless to say, I cannot use any of them. Very disappointing. I am thinking this may have been a return that was then passed on to me? I've left a message for customer service.UPDATE: Customer Service got back to me immediately, and they could not have been nicer! I got my new (just 2 pieces this time!) laces in just a day or two. The Customer Service rep also thought it may have been a return that unfortunately did not get discarded by Amazon. I am very pleased, and they are already in my shoes, ready to go! I have used these before and they have been fine, but this set the end caps are not latching properly. One won’t latch at all and the other latches (not properly though) but the end piece itself is bowed. It’s like the laces are too big a diameter for this end clip. Very disappointing. Having to return.

I only review items i REALLY LIKE or REALLY DISLIKE! I REALLY LIKE THESE LACES!I wanted these laces for sneakers that are really short boots and just look like sneaks. they were a little uncomfortable and dont flex with my foot as well as sneakers. these laces solved that problem by letting me lace them snug and giving even pressure all up the laces. and so nice and easy now to unzip and get them off. because these lace up higher than normal sneakers, i can't just kick them off and that aggravates me, and i already have a thing against tying my shoes untying my shoes, it seems like it goes on all day long lol these laces are great for me!!

We've purchased these laces before, but a few years ago. Just ordered them for a pair of my daughter's sneakers that just wouldn't stay tied for her, and we mostly love them, but one of the end caps keeps either popping off the end if the lace or popping open. I think it may be flawed because it doesn't close securely, like the other side. We're going to try and glue it closed but it's frustrating because each time it happens, the lace becomes more frayed and since we've already cut it to the correct size for her foot, we're going to keep losing length.That all being said, they are easy for my daughter to use by herself and keep her shoes tight and secure for running and playing so we're like 75% happy.

I really like these, especially the wide range of colors. They were easy to put on, though with my weak hands I did need plyers to snap the end clips shut. But they're on, they look nice, and they're comfortable. As for durability, I don't know since I just got them. I only gave 4 stars because the first order didn't have all the parts and I had to reorder. The second order was perfect, and got here only 3 days later. I like these enough that I will be ordering more for my other sneakers.
