It’s a great wax! Not for beginners however
I deleted my old review . It’s a great wax! Not for beginners however. I recommend for professional use only. I hated it at first . It broke easily. I literally had to tear it off w my finger nails! But I found the trick !!!! Thick even layers, also do NOT let it sit more than 30 sec . Pull it off while still kind and of tacky . Very good on short hair and corse hair . I actually really like this wax now

How to properly use it
I am a professional and this product is great!! I see bad reviews but it must be applied right and if it is to thick it will break.. this product is meant to be applied on in thin layers it’s a hard wax... one of the best waxes I’ve ever used and make sure to not do huge sections when applying wax as well. Get the mojito wax it’s the best wax ever it applies so smooth and dosnt hurt like other waxed!

It’s okay, does the job.
I have ordered this as another better option after I received my wax pot a few weeks ago. My wax pot came with its own wax beads but I wanted to see if I can take advantage of a bigger box with a better price. Even though it’s good wax it does leave lots of residue behind. Not sure if I need to be a professional but with the wax beads my wax pot originally came with , it did job very well. This leaves pieces behind so I have to take off with coconut oil. Not sure if I’m setting it to the right temperature or not but it doesn’t completely rip off all the way. Yes it does wax from the root so that’s good. Unless you find a way to rip off the whole strip off completely, You will get annoyed by what it leaves. Doesn’t bother me though, I just spend a little more time taking the little pieces of hard wax left. I don’t think I will order again.

Absolute GARBAGE!
This product is absolute garbage. DO NOT waste your time or money... I have done my own waxing before with a different brand and it worked great! I wanted to give this brand a try because it was cheaper... it broke constantly and didnt even remove half of the hair on any one area. So mad that I wasted all my time and money one this crappy product.

good stuff
I have been waxing my coochie/nether region forever now. Prior to this purchase, I bought whatever brand that I felt I was getting the best deal on. This brand is far superior. I didn't have to blow on it to cool it before applying to my labia majora. This stuff is specially formulated for those sensitive areas

Only works on facial hair.
Works okay for facial hair. I ordered because of the good things I’ve heard about Satin Smooth. I tried waxing my arms and underarms and it is completely frustrating. Would not remove any arm hair. On both my arm and underarms the wax takes a long time to set, if it does at all, and I’m stuck pulling little pieces off. I’ve been using hard wax for 3 years and have never had these frustrating issues. Can’t wait to be done to buy my usual brand.

Works well, just thin.
The product is a little on the thin side so you do have to use more product but it works for sensitive skin. I ordered mine back in the beginning of summer in 2020 and I use it weekly. I still have half a bag left. I mainly use it to wax my armpits and brows and I love it for that. I don't recommend it for anywhere else as it is thin and leaves pieces behind unless you dip in and layer a few times.

Used for years
Been using this product for years for Brazilian waxes. Non irritating, does it’s job and smells great. Sometimes inconsistent with crumbling but that could be the temperature of my warmer or the room

Really poor quality
Even though I read so many good reviews before getting it the quality of this wax is awful, yes it's creamy and yes it smells good but it kept braking everytime I pulled it. This was the biggest one I could get, the rest are small broken pieces and even though my skin was clean, it didn't adhere to the hair. It definitely doesn't work at all.

Smooth as a baby’s butt
Application is everything, a nice thin even layer seems to work best on my pelt. Gf loves the result, get some exfoliating gloves for aftercare to avoid annoying ingrowing hairs. Did I mention my gf loves it??? No pain no gain
