Missing part
There is a missing extender piece because I measured it it does not extend to 9 feet tall. I have contacted the seller about this and they have not responded. Do not buy from this brand.

keeps slipping
I want to use this very much but it keeps slipping and we've had to tighten and readjust it so many times. I'm hoping we cand find a way to mount it to the ceiling.
