Good for pre-teens and old people
These dumpbells (0.5kg) are good for boys and girls and also elderly as it won't hurt or pain their hands. But they should move to 1 or 2kg after a month.of continuous workout... That will yield results.... Material is good and handy. Non-rolling type ensures no free fall when placed on table or workout bench...

Decent Dumbbell with Minor Flaws - Worth the Price
I recently purchased this dumbbell from Amazon for ₹1847/-. It got delivered today. While I noticed that it was slightly damaged, it still serves its purpose. The weight is perfect for my needs. I plan to use it for a few months and will update this review to comment on its durability over time.

Misshapen coating and really tacky to the touch
Appalling quality. Returned. Vinyl coating was completely uneven and they had a horrible tacky feel to them.
