Really comfortable & great for summer walking

I’m a size 10 UK and purchased size 11 UK because I read reviews here saying Merrell size small, plus I already own and have been using Merrell barefoot running shoes for many years, which although comfy do feel quite tight. It was a good call because the size 11 fit my size 10 feet comfortably out of the box. I tried them out for an hour on my treadmill with no issues, so comfort wise they’re good.I purchased them for an upcoming summer holiday city break, where I’ll be walking Amsterdam’s old town canal districts daily, so the ventilation will hopefully be welcome if we have a hot summer. As for longevity I can comment as it’ll be months before I get to pound the streets, but if they suffer any deterioration when I do, I’ll update the review this summer 2023…

Unusual fastening mechanism but works okay. Would not be my first choice for a serious walking shoe but good for hot weather light walks. I was not fussed about colour so got a very good price. Full retail price for this shoe is hard to justify.

Very comfortable but are a tighter fit than I’m used to

Was not clear from the listing but the top material is more like a thick netting which means if you are wearing bright or patterned socks you can see them through the netting like material so best worn with dark socks.Otherwise sturdy and comfy.

Advertised at 7.5 UK. Received size 10. Obviously no use.

Great shoe, nice and light for summer walking, but not shaped like other Merrell shoes which are much wider across the foot so sadly they had to go back for a refund. I have stuck with Merrell only for several years now and this was a surprise.

Great light hiking shoes. feel like a slipper very comfortable. Great built quality especially the sole excellent grippe. No break in time feel perfect as soon as you put then on. Size are exact fit.

Muy cómodos y a muy buen precio

I bought these shoes to replace a pair of ecco water shoes that I have been wearing for years, which unfortunately I can no longer find for sale. With these new shoes I tried to cross a creek that I crossed many times in my old shoes and fell right on my back. Stepping on a wet rock with these Merrels was like ice skating. It could have been bad. They also run small and are uncomfortable.
