Quick setup - no more vampire monitor power usage

This is my first WiFi smart power strip and I am glad it is made by GoSund!I already have a smart light switch but wanted a way to shut off my monitors easily since the power buttons were in different locations and in hard to reach locations behind the screens. With this smart WiFi power strip I can shut it off by using the app, schedule or routine, or using my voice commands on my echo dot.For setup, I launched the app since I had already downloaded and created an account with my email address for the light switch. I only have to click the green plus icon and then select WiFi power strip. The app found the power strip on its first attempt and since I already had the skill linked on my Alexa app it setup the power strip at the same time.The app allows me to name the entire strip with a name, then I can name each of the three outlet plugs and USB ports. All three USB ports are grouped under a single icon and name.I use the USB ports to power my kvm switch, ring light, andrew usb desk fan.

Great portable power steip, easy to set up, no more over charging or vampire electronics!
I like how it is a small form factor. Easy to setup and I like the timer function and option to shut off certain plugs. Makes sure nothing over charges and nothing left plugged in continues to draw electricity. Timer feature is great.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This smart power strip plug is sleek and stylish. It’s unassuming and has three plugs and three usb plugs. There is an app to blue tooth it. You can control by phone or connect to Alexa. Simply plug in and press on and you are set. I don’t have a smart house but my daughter does. So this is a gift for her.

Works as advertised. Great for travel
You have to load the smartphone app to setup the device for voice or schedule control. I just use the device primarily as a travel plug and extension power cord

Junk! Purchased two - one works as it should. Requested replacement. Did not work again. Bought another - yep - I’m insane. After 4 units with only one operable, I cannot recommend this item.

Works great!
I really like it but only wish it had a port for my IPad to charge and a longer wall cord but otherwise ok and easy to link with Alexa!

Actual cord measurements are 5” shorter
I haven’t even plugged it in yet but the first thing I noticed is that it is not 4 feet long. Smoothed out the cord & it measured 3‘7“ and as we all know 5 inches do matter 🤷🏻♀️ I’m assuming it was measured by a guy & then rounded up lol
