It is useful
I am using it as a layer for my airfryer. Because I dont want to get my airfryer dirty, I am using it as an added layer of protection when frying things. It is perfect for this use. I fry cashews, even bake pizza on it. It works well, because I am not losing the effect of hot air unlike when I am using a parchment sheet or aluminium foil. It works well for this purpose. I am sure it will rust in time and be unusable, but till then, I am good.
