Quality of the mug is bad. It's thick and would burn your lips while sipping hot beverages. Print quality also not very good. Uneven rough printing. Very small owls. Not big as one assumes from the pic given. Makes the entire mug look very unimpressive and unattractive.All in all a faltu product. Not recommended at all.
