I echo other reviewer's critiques that the lack of pigment makes it hard to apply and know your coverage, however, I did not have uneven spots in the morning! The scent is minimal and of the scent you do smell, it is not unpleasant.I am very sensitive to chemicals and scents and I usually stop using other self tanning brands because the smell gives me a headache or the chemicals that get into my skin make me feel sick, this product does NOT do that! I guess organic really helps!The color was not as dark as other products I've used, but this product gives you more flexibility in the gradual tanning process over a few days' applications. The color is a natural tan, so no problem there either.Finally, I was nervous to apply this to my face, as I have an oily complexion, but it did not make me break out! I could feel the lotion, but it was gentle enough to not clog my pores!I am happy with this product and will continue to use it.My only negative critique is that the product did not have a date of making / expiration. A lot of beauty products get sold that are years old (like shampoos and face washes) and they break down and become bad for you, so I wish this product had this feature so I could know the age of it!

I'm impressed! I bought this product solely on the recommendation I found on a "best-of" website for this product being fragrance free (as in almost no fragrance but of course, it has the DHA smell). Then I found an Amazon review from another fragrance-avoider chemically sensitive person who strongly recommended the product. I received my bottle 2 days ago and tried it for the first time yesteray morning. I detest all fragrances, and have been looking for a product that has no added fragrance. I can't say this product is fragrance-free, it does have a light cocount smell fresh from the bottle but not comletely offensive. It also disappeared in a few hours and the smell converted to the DHA skin-browning smell, but even that wasn't offensive. I actually went to bed 14 hours later without showering first - and I've never done that with a self tanner. It was remarkable that the smell was that minimal that I could sleep with it on. Upon application, the cream was white and did not absorb immediately, but it did within 10 minutes. The moisturinzing quality is *good*. I've found sevelal gradual tanners including St Tropez that are actually quite drying, but 24 hours later, this product is still nicely moisturizing without being overly sticky or tacky like Jergen's (which has the worst most overpowering gross scent). I was also delighted by the color that had developed over 24 hours -I'm definitely more tan that after one application of Jergen's fair/light gradual tanner. I dare say, that my color with the Bahama product is absolutely perfect today. It isn't too light, it isn't dark, it's a nice golden glow just shy of medium. My skin is naturally light/pale with some pinkness and I'm blue-eyed, so this color is appropriate and gorgeous. It will definitely become my go-to tanner. If you like low-fragrance products, you might also like St.Tropez Gradual Tan Body Lotion Light/Medium, but that costs a lot more than this Bahama tan product. I have also heard good things about St.Tropez Self Tan Express Mist being low-fragrance. Again, it's a lot more expensive. So with the Amazon $4.00 discount today, I can buy another bottle of this Bahama tan for $16 and I am very very happy.

I am really pleased with this product - I have been using the L'Oreal product -which was nice but still left some streaks. Three things that I like about your product is 1) it is quicker to activate - I saw partial results in about four hours, and after about eight I was really content. 2) It was easy to apply and I didn't have difficulty with leaving streaks or edges - it really blended in to my natural skin color well and 3) my skin felt moisturized - I didn't have that dry crepey skin that I had experienced with other self tanners.

This has a very nice scent going on, and is easy to apply. I applied a "test run" all over my body (face included) before using it on vacation to get an idea of the color. The first layer left me with a nice golden glow. I've applied a second layer and it gives a richer/darker color, no orange. Heed the instructions to exfoliate, and wear either gloves or wash your hands well after using - I missed a spot on the side of my hand and now it almost looks like a bruise (but that was my fault!). It does have a lingering scent until you shower again, but it's no worse than any other self tanner I've used. I would use it again.

Pregnant, winter-pale, and tired of looking ill when I saw myself in the mirror. A little of this twice a week has taken me from feeling super low to having the glow :) I mix in a little of my normal moisturizer to dilute it a bit (because I'm afraid of self-tanning lotion...everyone turned orange once as a teenager, right?), put it on, and no one is the wiser.
