This is not what the actual product they send you is.
I ordered the "shower power pump" and this is what I actually received. When I explained the issue they said that they "contacted the manufacturer and they told us, that the packaging pictured on Amazon is a very old packaging and that they haven't used that packaging in some time now yet the formula has not been changed at." They did send a return address but the postage was not covered.

Not very efficient, and burns
Almost nothing came off the first try, went in with a second time it began to burn as well as leaving some behind, it took 3 times for it to get all the hair off, but now left with red and raw legs. I think I would have rather just shaved at this point😅 (did not rub in as directions said, and left on for directed amount of time 3 times)

Great customer service
Been using this product for years and I love it. I had a little issue with one bottle being damaged during delivery and seller quickly replaced it. I'm very thankful.
