Willy the Whale: Short Stories, Games, and Jokes! (Fun Time Reader Book 1)

If you have children who love whales, this is a great book for them. It is not for younger kids, because there are not as many illustrations as you could expect it could be, but there is plenty of very interesting information about whales.There are also a few cute stories about Willy The Whale and his life, his everyday activity, his friends, his meeting people, and his learning to sing. In the end, they are some jokes and a maze, and all in all, I think this is a good thing for children from the 5-7 age range.

Uncle Amon has done it again with Willy the Whale. My five-year-old son gave this book five stars. He said he really likes everyone of the stories and enjoy doing the maze. He also said some of the jokes were very funny. As a parent I enjoyed the lessons that this sweet little will help us learn like singing when you are angry until you feel better.

This book of short stories is so amazing. It was indeed enjoyable reading it nightly for my daughter. The most enjoyable part is that each story followed the previous one read so I am never left off track.

Written for ages 3 to 10 and P to 4 although I think 10 may be a little too old. There are not many illustrations in this one. I prefer having more so the little ones can look at those when the text is being read,Willy the Whale is young in this story and he is learning to swim, being safe while swimming, interacting with humans and also ....wait for it.....learning to sing. Loved that part of the story.It also has some jokes and a prate themed puzzle at the end.Highly recommended.

This ebook of short stories is the first of a few I have. It consists of the following:-5 short stories-13 jokes-maze activityThe stories are short, and take a few minutes to read. I read them with my five year old daughter, and we take turns: I read one paragraph and she reads the next. There are a few words here and there that challenge her (which is good!). And we've both learned a couple things from the stories.I gave this four stars because I personally think that this book would be good for kids up to age 7, not 10. That's my personal opinion though. Also, there is one image at the beginning of each story. An improvement point would be to have more images, or a better, more detailed image that has to do with the story at its beginning.Otherwise, it's great for my daughter and I to read together.I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review.

This is a cute little children’s book by Uncle Amon. This author writes quite a few children’s books. This one is about Willy the Whale.Willy is a baby whale who is just learning about his body and how to move around in water and what everything is in the world. He learns about his fins, tails, diving deep, jumping, breathing, singing and having fun in general.This book also has a few jokes in the back and a pirate themed puzzle for you to figure out.

It is dull not to mention boring, my kid didn't like it, it lacked of imagination not to say it was not telling a story so she lost it after the first couple of pages.

Educational and very good themes. Would love more books like this that I can read to my daughters. Thank you.

Very cute stories. It would be more fun with more pictures in my opinion. :)

We gave this book a five star review because it's funny and super easy and the jokes were amazing and the book was beautiful apart from the fact that they called us animals.
