These really do whiten your teeth!!!
WOW! I broke open a capsule & mixed it with a small bit of coconut oil & brushed my teeth. I swallowed the mixture instead of spitting it out. Not only are my teeth SUPER WHITE, but my stomach has settled down & the gas & bloating is GONE! Here's a tip... Put plastic bags everywhere before you brush your teeth... Because YES it's a HUGE MESS!! And I was being careful. LOL.

Very helpful for stomach issues.
I am missing my gallbladder (the organ that helps break down fatty foods etc) and I am wheat-intolerant. When I have a "gluten attack" as I call it, it feels as though a fist is clenched at the top of my abdomen. One of these capsules resolves the feeling quickly.
