El contenido del libro me parece bien. Sin embargo, la pasta trasera venía maltratada. Era para un regalo y no tenía tiempo de volver a comprarlo o devolverlo.

Excellent recipes and techniques
The recipes in the book are excellent, and there is a ton of variety in ingredients, methods, and flavors. What I really love about it is that, unlike some other grill books I have read, it dives into the technical side of things a bit and really explains the rationale behind many of the choices made. Specifically, the section about brining has changed the way I prepare meat! Some of the recipes are more involved than others, but I think there is something for everyone here. I highly recommend it.

Great assortment of recipes and techniques!
I have always been a fan of William Sonoma cookbooks, this addition to my collection has certainly not changed that. Great selection of recipes, ranging from beginners basics, to things you will find on the menu at a five star restaurant. it really is "grill school" it will teach you a great variety of grilling techniques, and it is filled with helpful tips.Overall, very pleased!

Gave this as a gift and my niece's husband totally enjoys it. He has become the pitmaster the family.
