Plenty of weight for accurate casts and the hooks are very sticky.Yes, they are knock offs and when I went to smack off the grass I did have a bill break. But that’s on me and not the lure. I got a little aggressive on that one, but when throttled back on smacking the water they hold up great.The paint did start to chip but that was after a full day of fishing in thick timber and a half dozen very good fish.If you want to try square bills for fishing heavy cover, this is a great choice. If you toss one up in a tree, you’re only out $3.33 Vice $7 or $8 for a lure with a pro’s initial or face on the package.

I am enjoying using these lures. They are very lifelike in the water. The paint and construction is very clean. Not fishing as much as I would like so I have yet to catch anything with any of these lures but sure they will slay gosh when the weather changes.

Took these for our annual memorial day camping trip at lake towakoni this past weekend, didn't catch a thing with them but I'm still hopeful that they will work at a different lake. 2 out of the 6 lures did not swim straight right out of the box and 1 of those two never would adjust right to swim. All 6 lures were beautifully colored and highly detailed. The treble hooks were super sharp and of good quality. I appreciated the plastic coverings over the sharp barbs on the hooks but had a lot of difficulty getting some of them off due to the barbs already stabbing through some of them. All in all I would be willing to buy more down the line if I manage to snag a few sand bass on the next couple of trips

These lures have worked surprisingly well--mostly for bass. The only caveat is they are uniquely painted. When we bought a second set there were differences. So if you have one that works well (and a pike steals it!), you can't replace it.

As decribed

These square lipped lures were a good $ value. They are about 3.5" including the lip, excluding the treble hooks. I would guestimate the weight at about .5 oz. They have rattle ball bearings (or similar) inside.Only downside is I wish there were more silver, and brownish colors to replicate the shad and panfish that would be more likely to be prey for the largemouth bass found in the USA.

Good action, wide wobble. They float fast...wish they suspended more. But I still caught 3 fish today on the red/silver.
