Love these yoga mats! Extra thick and good cushioning for my bum knee. I have other hugger mugger mats, and can attest that they stand the test of time. The stripes also help with establish alignment in poses like warrior.

I bought this mat for my at-home practice. It's a decent mat, but it is slippery on my hands in downward dog. The cushioning is OK, not great. I would say overall, it's a decent mat if you're on a budget, but I think my next mat will be a better brand.

Don't order it based on the color. The one I received looks nothing like this. It's dark evergreen green with darker variations. Not much white.
