AMAZING DRYING RACK
I loved this item, wish it was a bit bigger though. The dishes dry really fast and it perfectly holds a big load. Would buy again and in fact recommended it to other women in my family. Really nice desing. Water drain is also well thought out. 5 stars for sure!

Fancy kitchen edition!
Love this! It’s very aesthetically pleasing, the drain works well for the most part unless we hang stuff over the side. It was easy to put together but assembly is required. It’s really good quality, holds very heavy cutting board, pots and pans, etc… and doesn’t slip around on the counter. I’m weird about organizing the dishes nicely and this is perfect for that.

Love it
Love it, love it, love it. As some have commented, it's not huge, since it is made for small spaces. There are generally only two of us to clean up after, but that only means fewer dishes, not fewer cooking vessels. I have had no problem standing a 12.5" glass microwave turntable up in it on the far end of the top rack, with no worries of tipping, and I've put a round glass casserole dish (sitting flat), a medium-large saucepan (angled), and a good-size metal bowl (angled) on the bottom rack simultaneously. It's very sturdy. I have had no problem with the plastic trays sliding around, as some reviewers have complained - in fact, I have had to work at moving them.A few tips: 1. The assembly instructions are tucked inside the stack of plastic trays. 2. Determine which way around you want your top plate rack facing before assembly. The spaces between the wires are narrower on one end of the rack than on the other. I took mine back apart and reassembled it after I realized that the fat spaces for my microwave tray would leave the tray in my way in the front. 3. The knife rack really is supposed to look like that. I briefly thought that the manufacturer had assembled it upside down. One reviewer complained about good knives flipping themselves out of the rack, but if you put the heavy knives near the ends of the rack, the end wires will hold them in place, and the wires keep you from skewering yourself on the knife blades. Hang onto your knives to make sure that they are stable before releasing them. 4. The utensil cup is tiny. I use it for the things that my husband couldn't seem to find in a larger utensil holder. 5. Some of our bowls don't stand up in the plate rack the way I'd like them to. I found that if you angle them so that they are in one space on one side, and a different space on the other side, they sit more upright. Experiment with what works for your dishes. 6. There is enough room to stand two mugs up opposite each other in the plate rack when you have the bottom rack full of pots and pans. 7. If you go to the manufacturer's website to register the dish rack for the warranty, use 304 as the Amazon order number. Using your order number from your Amazon purchase kicks it out.All in all, I'm very pleased with this purchase, and I would recommend it to others. It was on sale for $35.79 when I bought it, and it was well worth it. I am no longer dealing with items cascading from a conventional drying rack.

Good, but...
Great concept. It was really good, but a year later it is starting to rust. Needs a better coating

Too Small but ok
Quality is good. It looks big in the pics but originally very small in size. No damages while delivering overall satisfying

Worst product I've purchased in years
I ordered this dish rack to increase the counter space in our fairly small kitchen. The reviews seemed great but unfortunately we hated this dish rack. We used it for 24 hours before disassembling it and packing it up to return it.The issues we had with it:1) It was difficult to assemble. The racks appeared to have been slightly bent so lining up the holes required a great deal of effort and taking screws back out to realign things.2) Once assembled, the legs were uneven. I unscrewed one of the rubber feet almost all the way to get things to balance out.3) The plastic trays need to be completely removed to drain. It can be difficult to take them out and dump them without spilling water on the countertops.4) We kept hitting the plastic tray for the top rack with things on the bottom rack. Some of our items were just a bit too large for the bottom rack and would displace the top tray entirely.5) Knives placed in the knife drying area would tip and stick out, risking a stab to the hand.6) Stuff was constantly falling out of the sides of the bottom rack. We also kept knocking off the drip tray for the silverware area.7) There's very little room for silverware, and no easy way to keep things like glasses and water bottles upright so they drain. We really wanted to like this dish rack, because the extra counter space it gave us was great, but there was really no way for us to make it work for us. In a very tiny kitchen with no other options, it would be better than nothing, but we'll be going back to our old dish rack.
