Low Salt Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, Sensational Seasonings, 10 oz.

This blackening powder is excellent. Great flavor, fair price, good packaging.Highly recommended.

So far I've used this for three different things:- broiling boneless chicken which I then dice and add to gumbo. I heavily coat the chicken with this seasoning and some olive oil, and then after broiling the chicken this becomes the main seasoning for the gumbo itself. It works great because the broiling really brings out the flavors of the spices.- broiling salmon fillets which I then serve as is or on top of salad. Really delicious.- sprinkling on fresh cut French fries before air frying them. The high heat cooking process really brings out great flavor in this spice blend.I especially appreciate the fact that this blend isn't loaded with salt. I like to control the amount of salt that I add when I'm cooking to get the flavor to my liking, and I think most restaurant food is too salty. So many spice blends out there basically just mix in way too much salt as a cheap filler. This product gives me the spices I want -- so I don't have to hand mix and grind things myself -- without all that salt.

I don't eat a lot of meat, but I love eating all sorts of vegetables using a variety of cooking styles.I bought this seasoning because I wanted to try a new seasoning to spice up my tired veggies. Boy did I find it with the Low Salt Chicken Seasoning! This seasoning brings a wonderful flavor that I have just never tasted before! I love the seasoning so much that I am quite liberal in sprinkling it on my veggies before I cook them, and I don't feel guilty because it is VERY low in salt. My kids love to go crazy sprinkling it on our evening meal...they call is "magic spice" because they LOVE the flavor, and I love that I am not training them to love salt! The vegetables that I have used Sensational Seasonings on are roasted asparagus and cauliflower, steamed green beans and carrots, braised brussel sprouts, beets, and mushrooms, and even baked potatoes! It pairs especially well with fresh garlic too! I was very pleased upon receiving the very large, generous quantity of the spice! I am going to order more of this "magic spice" right now...I will try the Sensational Seasoning Jerk Spice next!

It's hard to find rub that is salt-free. This rub has no salt and tastes great.

A little high on sodium but the flavor is all there. It taste good when cooking with it or use a little sprinkle of it when the dish is complete.

I'm Jamaican and I recently purchased this product. The fact that it is low salt is a big plus for me. I prefer to add salt as needed to spices that I cook with. The flavor is fairly authentic. So far I have only used it on fish and it was delicious. A little goes a long way and this is a big container. I highly recommend.

Wanted a Cajun seasoning that was salt free & seen this & I always check reviews & 75% of the buyers love/like it so I thought I would try Hubby does the cooking on the grill & he loves it & so do I , We brine a lot of our meats so with brine it has salt so did not want to add more salt & this works for us & is tasty also win win

I made it myself from a recipe what costed me twice what I got from this bottle. Once I run out I'll buy another.
