will this work for a 3 inch drain pipe

My gutter downspout (where the water flows out to) measures 2" x 3" in size. Should I get the 2x3 adapter or the 3x4 adapter featured here to fit it?

Is this available in the tan color?

My down spout measures 2-1/2”x2-1/2”. Is there a size that will fit?
