Casa Milo Spaghetti al Nero di Seppia, Squid Ink, 500g (Pack of 2)

We tried this about a year ago and are now hooked. Solid spaghetti, not all mushy, not all doughy. We like it. The ink doesn't seem to add a big noticable flavor, but when using regular spaghetti, we know we are not eating our favorite Caso milo squid ink spaghetti.

mild flavor but awesome texture. colorful addition to plate especially with white clam sauce. Also great with red sauce just based on the finished al dente texture. Has never overcooked and gotten too soft for me. Will buy again although a bit pricey

I lived in Italy for several years and have always loved squid ink pastas. This brand is phenomenal! Whenever I eat it I am transported back to Italy. You don't need much with this: crushed garlic, olive oil, a handful of cilantro and a little seafood of any kind, or, some fresh cubed tomatoes with garlic and olive oil, and your in heaven. One of these packages will feed two people for three meals, or serve a whole dinner party. This pasta digests light too. You'll never feel heavy after eating this one. We always keep a few bags on hand. This stuff is AMAZING!!!

Creamy, delicious pasta. Doesn't bleed color during cooking.

Very thin spaghetti. Doesn't hold sauce well. Taste was O.K. Not much flavor. I've tasted much better.

I have purchased this brand in the store and I it is one of the more superior squid ink pastas on the market. I have no doubt that this is WELL worth the price tag, if it tastes anything like the ones I got at the market. They only stock them every now and then so it's hard to get my hands on them. I am glad I came across them here!
