Zengyuezong Rodent Animal Mouse Mice Rat Humane Live Trap Control Catch Bait Hamster Cage

My first order arrived damaged due to poor packaging and a poor quality trap, so the company sent 2 new replacement traps. The shipping took awhile, longer than the ones I originally ordered.However, the new traps are not the same as in the photo. Although the traps are more solid than the ones originally sent, the replacement traps feature a defect that I find so annoying.If you look at the handle on the front of the trap in the photo, it is connected to the bottom edge of the door. When the creature is trapped, the door closes down and the handle becomes upright, making it easy to carry the trap off without touching anything but the handle.Unfortunately, on the new traps I received, the handle is connected to the middle of the door of the trap by 2 loosely fitted prongs. When a critter is captured and the door closes, the handle flops around uselessly, so I have to carry it by grasping the cage with my hands. Gross! Because of the handle’s location in the middle of the door and because it isn’t secured properly, if I try to carry the trap by the handle, it causes a separation between the frame and the door edges, creating a gap big enough for a small but wily mouse to squeeze through as I’m carrying it. (It happened once already.)I do prefer this style of trap where you can see at a glance whether you’ve trapped something. I find the small Havahart traps to be a pain because you have to peer into the sides of the trap to see if you’ve caught anything, and often the mice squeeze into the chute corners and you can’t see them unless you open the trap.I wish they would rethink their engineering on these traps. As it is now, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you wear gloves.

I thought to get an inexpensive mouse trap to catch the mice running around. The item took a long time to arrive. The instruction is all in Chinese. The metal that releases the trap door broke off before it’s ever used. I had to find tools to put it back together. I thought about returning it, but the shipping cost doesn’t justify it. You get what you paid for. If I was to do it over, I would spend a few more dollars and save myself the wait and grief.

Sturdy product at great price $12. Did not use it yet to catch my escaped mice. Used it by putting it in a 20 gallon tank with three mice to safely transport them to another location. Received product in non-functional condition. So I had to bend the straight wire under the loop & restraighten it again. Works great. Prepare for future escapes by getting this trap.

The traps are great. Work better than the more expensive ones. Seller needs to pack them a little better. Came in bent but seller compensated for damage. Very satisfied.

Trap works excellent. The setting mechanism is much easier to use, and can be easily set very light for small rodents unlike some of the other similar type traps.

Great trap! Simple and effective. I would recommend it.

Traps large rats well

takes a long time to arrive, but was perfect size for chipmunks

Cheaply built. Spring not strong enough to keep trapped rodents in the cage. Keep finding the bait munched, the trap sprung and a gap left big enough for the beasties to escape. After waiting over 5 weeks for them to be delivered in am very disappointed and no nearer getting rid of the rats.

Very badly packaged arrived all twisted unfit for use would not recommend?

This trap took a very long time to arrive - I'd almost forgotten. Over two months.When arrived and removed from plastic packaging it was somewhat squashed. I did best to straighten.No instructions in English. Poor pictures. Took me a while to figure out how to operate - the locking lever was bent 90° to facilitate shipping.Anyhow- got it working and baited. No mice yet (nor have my other traps caught recently).

Funciona muy bien, es fácil de usar, hace su trabajo, no lastima a las ratas, ya que no quiero que muera ninguna de ellas, las atrapa,y después me las llevo al monte y las suelto, les doy una oportunidad lejos de mi Huerta
