arrived as expected, cover slightly torn; contents were fine, suitable for 4-5year old.

Used for a lesson with preschoolers - did not show all pictures but it was enough for them to get information about stars.

This is an excellent book for young readers. Since it is an old book, it is not in print anymore, but it should be. It is so basic and still true about our universe. It is interesting and easily understood by young readers. The illustrations are well done. We ordered it for our grandson who is six years old. He loves it and reads well on his own.

This is one of our 3 1/2 year old grandson's favorite books. He is fascinated with learning about the planets and our solar system, and this book gives that information in a format just right for toddlers. I would highly recommend this book for curious little minds

Our Stars was a great book with clear concise information and great illustrations. I gave it 4 stars- it lost one because we are in the Southern Hemisphere and would have liked to see some mention of Southern Cross or constellations that would be seen from our part of the world!

My 8 year old grand daughter, and her daddy, are learning about the solar system and beyond. This was a great start.
