Love this product. Super soft and comfy. I did not use it as a "Pillow for Airplane Neck Support" but more of an eye mask on the airplane and it worked great. Kept out the light, dulled the noise, and cushioned my face.

I’ve gotten teased because it looks silly but if it helps me sleep, I don’t care.I usually hear it more like a hat or headband and use it to cushion my face when I lean against the window or seat in front of me.The fill is little foam balls and they are pleasing to fish it with through the cover.Note I bought this many years ago so I can’t speak to any changes or authenticity of the current version. But if it is the same a it’s great.

I owned a precious ostrich light for a long time and it tore a hole causing all of the minuscule pebbles inside to start falling and stick to things everywhere. I bought another to replace it and immediately the stitching came apart to cause the same problem. I taped it up and took it on a trip because I didn’t have time to return it. By the end of the trip it tore another hole and the plastic end to the elastic snapped clean off. Quality control seems to have gone down the toilet. Buyer beware.

Fabric is soft and comfortable over my face. Blocks out all light. Great for travel or home if you have poor light blocking curtains. Had one for six years and was stolen on a trip. Bought this as a replacement and is just as good as the original.

When traveling by air I have a hard time sleeping, I have tried the other type of neck pillow but didn't think they were comfortable. This one is perfect for me. Comfortable and if I am sitting next to the window I can just put this on over my eyes and lean toward the window and sleep.

I give it one star because the idea is great and the pillow was initially comfortable for a trip and for sleeping. But there is no lining and tiny white plastic balls constantly leak from it. There is no hole that I can see. it seems the balls just work their way through the material--you can see them just sitting on the surface. Put a close-knit cotton lining in it to hold the tiny balls inside and I'll buy another one.
