Just the right size for puff pastry cannoli
I used these for an Italian delicacy called "cannoncini", which are done with rolled puff pastry and a filling similar to custard. Happy with the size since the cavity for the filling needs to be smaller than the traditional cannoli so these were perfect. Easy to clean in dishwasher top rack.If you are using pastry strips, just overlap the pastry otherwise it will not dry out during the bake and tube will be difficult to remove.
