The book is very informative however I would prefer if ther was image for every pose as sometimes difficult to understand , anyways a good buy

Though this book contains information about yoga and it’s benefits. The title is not apt as there are less yogic asanas for face that are explained. Only 45 of face yoga asanas are explained, Would be better if there is more information about the Face yoga asanas that would be a facial cure.
