Great seeds turned into healthy tomato plants
This was a fun way to start my garden this year! I don’t think I had the conditions just right when I first planted the seeds, they did not germinate. After a few weeks I added more seeds and they ended up ALL germinating. 4 months later and I have 44 healthy tomato plants and some baby tomatoes growing. These seem like really high quality seeds. The soil wasn’t great though and they didn’t grow very well until I cut it with potting soil. The pots lasted long enough for the plants to grow tall enough to transfer.

which is not the recommended growing season for sprouting herbs from seed but I ...
I bought this at the end of June, which is not the recommended growing season for sprouting herbs from seed but I got impatient. The package arrived promptly and in good condition and contained everything it said it would, (with the exception of two seed markers - I only got three?) neatly packaged. The weird expanding dirt circles ... are actually pretty fun to expand. I just used hot water from my coffee maker and that worked just fine. The pamphlet says not to pour the hot water directly on them to keep them from breaking up before you break them up on purpose, into the gardening pots, which seems unnecessarily fussy until you're trying to scoop hot silt out of a mixing bowl. If you pour the water around the base of the soil disc, you can actually see it getting sucked up as the soil expands and the little loose particles go whooshing around. The seed packets had plenty of seeds in them. I have extra seeds left over from all of them except the sage. I waited to write this review until all of my pots had sprouted, and as of today, less than ten days after setting everything up, I have multiple seedlings in all five! Basil sprouted first, and parsley last. All in all, I think this was an excellent purchase, and would recommend it to anyone looking to start a kitchen garden or something similar. The instructions are straightforward, there's minimal mess for indoor gardeners, and (for me, at least) the germination rate is good.Note: the biodegradable pots have drainage holes in the bottom, which is good for the plant, but the water runoff can stain the surface they sit on. I left (temporary) dark circles on my table and my patio before I finally moved them to the gravel at the side of my house. Maybe consider setting them on a tray of some kind to avoid this, especially if you plan to grow them inside.

Disappointed But Hopeful
In my initial review, I felt that this product was a nice idea, but the kit did not include enough supplies. Multiple seeds must be planted in one pot and cannot just simply be transferred to the garden as described in directions. You will need to purchase additional peat pots. Radishes grew fine but lettuce did not. Only 4 lettuce plants grew for me, and I am an experienced gardener. Tomatoes grew very slowly and after many weeks were still very small. A couple of them reached full size. I said I would not recommend this product and was very disappointed. However, I was contacted by the company who seemed genuinely concerned about my satisfaction as their customer. I am hopeful that they will make efforts to improve this kit. I believe a few small changes would make it worth the money. It appears other people had better luck with their plants, so please do not go by just my experience. Thanks.

I've got tomato sprouts!
My kids and I planted our tomato seeds on January 23rd. We're in Southern California, and we were having a week or so of very warm weather, so finding a sunny/warm window for them (for the hours it wasn't sunny/warm enough for them to be outside) was not a problem. By January 30th, a week later, we had nothing. I was concerned because other reviews and other on-line research I did indicated we should've had sprouts by then. The next day, we had our first tiny sprouts peek through (the "delicious")! Two days later, the next one sprouted, and a day or so later the remaining two sprouted. I call that 100% success! Bottom line, it took 8 days for the very first sprouts to appear.UPDATE 04/29/2019: We have 4 thriving tomato plants (one of each variety) growing nicely in grow bags. Although these got a bit of a slow start, they are doing well, and we're hoping to see some actual fruit in the next week or two. The slow start probably had more to do with our starting them a bit too early and our cooler weather than normal for our area. BTW, all 4 of these tomatoes are indeterminate varieties, if you're wondering.

great super food starter for beginners
If you're a professional gardener this is not for you. However if you're a beginner, and want to grow your own super foods, this is a great starter. The product comes with clear instructions, from when to seed, and ideal temperature to how many hours of sun it needs. You also have everything you need for the seeding and growing. I'll have to wait until next spring for trying it, as it is getting cooler now. and I'll update my review with the results, which I'm sure will be great.

Some Seeds Germinated...
The seeds did germinate, but only the ones I put in gardening soil I purchased separately. The seeds I planted in the soil that comes compressed in the kit did not germinate.

Kid friendly
It is fun to do with kids and we are hopeful they will sprout soon. The kit was missing the label tabs and 1 of the dirt pucks but 2 was enough for all three of pumpkins so it was okay.

Great product, company knows what they're doing!
I love this grow kit! I searched to find a good one to start my garden and I'm so glad I went with Nature's Blossom. The kit has a little booklet that tells you how to grow from each step. Super helpful. The tomatoes are growing wonderfully already! The company also has wonderful customer service. I contacted them because I was disappointed about missing a specific seed and they replaced it immediately. That's awesome and I greatly appreciated it.My friend wants to start growing and now she's buying from them too. I am sticking with the brand for my future kits.I'm so excited to try my tomatoes when it's time!

What else do you want? IT'S GOT EVERYTHING
Third review for these lovely people, whew! Title says it all.I bought this kit along with the: Pepper kit, Herb Garden kit, Edible Flowers kit, and Berry kit. I have written a review for the Herb Garden kit and Edible Flowers kit as well. The review for this particular kit is as follows:Conditions present: mid-summer, planted indoors near window. Planted 3 seeds per pot ALTHOUGH instructions stated to plant 2. - Yes, I'm a daredevil :DPros:Extremely simple instructionsThe kits come with everything short of water and sunlight. The kits come with more seeds than you actually are advised to use, so you can save the rest for another time!Germination success rate is: 3/3 types of seeds germinatedAll seeds that germinated, did so either WELL before the period expected, or right around it.- 2 Autumn Beauty shoots poked out by day 4, and the 3rd was out by end of day 5- 2 Giant Grey Stripe shoots poked out by day 5, the 3rd was out by this morning (day 6)- 2 Dwarf Teddy bear shoots have poked out by day 5, still awaiting for the 3rd one.Cons:Unfortunately, as others have mentioned, green/white mold has grown on the bottoms of some of the peat pots. I tend to be a bit overindulgent when it comes to watering, so I can only assume that the water has not dried out enough between watering, and the air around the pots is not being circulated enough. If you do not overwater, and you ensure air is being circulated around the pots (ie humidity is low), this problem should cease.Customer service:Their customer service is great, and they reply to emails promptly with clear responses. I could not ask for more from this company, and you can bet that if there were more kits, I would order more! By the way, make sure you check the inside of the box thoroughly! I received a scratch card in one of my kits and got 25% off my next kit! I ordered the Succulent kit. Due to some Amazon issue, they weren't able to apply the coupon code, but instead they gave me the kit for free! Definitely not the reason I'm raving about them, but this was just another layer of excellence.

Not great.
Honestly not even worth it. My dollar store seeds grew better. I tried 2 rounds of peppers from 2 different kits, 2 rounds of herbs, 2 rounds of onions. I got red pepper plants growing. That's it. The company also tried to foght me on claiming more than one of their prizes from their kits....which was odd considering how cheap the prizes are?Edit: the red pepper plants died. Turns out the decompostable cups don't decompose fast enough, so 4 months later all 12 pepper plants that the company tells you to plant in the same decompostable cup have all their roots mashed in the pot together which means the plants just don't have the space they need to grow. This company needs to rethink their strategy.

Easy to grow, needs a sunny climate to thrive
Great product, comes with everything you need. Instructions were accurate and I was able to get all three varieties to sprout successfully. I only lost one seedling out of 5 giant greys but the rest all started to sprout within days. After a full week, most were all up and out of the soil looking for sun.Update: not enough sun in my area so nothing made it to flower stage. contacted them for a replacement kit. At first they kept delaying saying there's none available and now no response.Still, it's easy to grow and sprout but past that you need a lot of sun, possibly placing them outdoors in summer for them to fully mature

Great seeds
Great product & customer service. First box, nothing grew. They sent me another box at no charge & gave me a full refund. I’ve already planted the seeds & see sprouts. Great product. I must have used jiffy pods that were to old on the first batch. It all looks pretty good. Thank for the great service. I’ll be recommending you to everyone.

Frustrated but probably just a mistake
Was kind of frustrated. Bought this as a gift for my girlfriend. And when it arrived the actual item looked like it had been opened. There was a rip in the box like some tried to pull it open. And the sticker that holds the box closed was off. That was the most disappointment I had and I am unsure if it will effect the product at all or if it will grow. This isn’t a cheap product so I was hoping it would be in better shape when it arrived. Especially since it s a gift.
