Pretty good
This is super fun and easy to use. Two links broke at first use but it did come with replacements.

Works, needs sturdier material
It worked as described. Removed a start because one of the massager came broken and one of the links broke within my first 5 min of use.

Mechanics Work, so far!
DELIVERY 5 StarsI ordered this on Friday, May 14th and I receive it today, Sunday, May 16th.QUALITY 3.5 StarsThe plastic feels cheap so I felt skeptical. I tried it a couple of times and the weight came off as the loops came undone. I realized I hadn't secured both ends with the black lever. It has two and I only did one. So MY FAULT. I am worried that the connectors/Hinges? Will wear off, but I guess we shall see.ASSEMBLING (4 stars)Fairly simpleEASY TO USE? 5 StarsI struggled maintaining the flow. I refused to quit so I kept going. I went from 3 to 5 spins to 7 to 11 to almost 13 minutes of nonstop. You just have to find your rhythm. If it isn't flowing, it's you. I didn't have issues with it getting stuck. The struggling was me not knowing how to maintain a solid rhythm. Keep trying! :) (I'm Givin it 5 stars because the struggling was on me) the weight went around no problem at all without getting stuck)DURABILITY (5 Stars)I used it for 35 minutes almost nonstop with no trouble other than me losing my rhythm)NOISE (4 stars)It obviously makes noise but not unbearable. It WILL possibly wake up a sleeping baby if you're in the same room. Lol. I did mine in the kitchen for the open space. My son was two rooms down watching tv in the living room and my husband was in his office next door and neither of them complained.COMFORTABLE LEVEL (3.5 stars)It does put a bit of pressure but that's a given. I used a long t-shirt and didn't have it against my bare belly at all and it was okay and it did not pinch. It naturally slides down with the motion a bit but it won't slide down all the way. Your hips won't let it. I have a baby bump so that held it in place, too. LolSIZE (3 stars just because I feel they add more links)The best way I can illustrate this is that I'm a size 6-8 and there were only 4 links left.RESULTSToo soon to tell!OVERALL SATISFACTION (4.5 Stars)After one day, I am pleased. I'll come back to change rating if something happens.

It’s cool
Prepare to do exaggerated movements because it’s hard to glide through the track. Maybe since it’s brand new? After a while it may be smoother.

I love the weighted hula hoop
I have finally got the weighted hula hoop. The person who delivered the package did it with care at everything that was needed inside of this box was in there, and which I am so happy for. It was very easy to installed the hula hoop and I measured it around my belly and it fit just perfectly after I remove three pieces off from the hula hoop itself, and it just fit perfectly well, and I really enjoyed it very much after you do it for 30 minutes. You could definitely feel the ache around your body but The egg it was not that painful it’s bearable and I love it and you can feel the hula hoop move around your belly every time the beat a ball swings around and so I really loved it. It’s a really simple easy work out just 30 minutes a day twice a day for four days and It’s so enjoyable but I am looking forward to see if there’s any changes around my waist and my belly fat

Take your measurements
Hey ladies and any men who bought/ I did not change my eating at all. I had some really bad meals and drank a few nights. I did 30 minutes everyday for 6 days. I weighed myself and I took my measurements the day I started my first workout and then again today which is day 7 but 6 workouts down.Ease of use: day 1 was just figuring out how to get a good spin going. My family joked and laughed at me but I had a good thing going after 20 minutes in. If you watch Wild n Out and know the referee then think of his dance, that’s how I kept my hoop going 🤣For me I worked out till I caught a sweat sometimes that meant moving my arms and legs I kept my knees bent and worked really into the turn so that I could have a really good sweat after my work out. I kept my watch on and burned about 200 to 350 per workout depending on how hard I worked. I have back problems and this actually felt like it was helping my back. When I got on the scale on day seven I realized I didn’t lose any weight and so I was kind of heartbroken but I did take my measurements and I do have before and after pictures and you can see a slight change in my body structure. Remember though I didn’t change my eating week 1 and ate pretty bad.So my measurements. I lost a total of 2 1/4 inches on my waist, I lost less than a half an inch on my thighs I didn’t lose any weight in my arms and I lost almost 2 inches on my hips. So it’s doing something! Please don’t get discouraged in your journey. This week I’m going to add a gallon of water a day and some more cardio with better eating. I’ll check back in a few weeks for more progress!

It does have a rhythm
I find it very difficult to use and it was hard for me to continue making a full circle ⭕️ with the product. Even when I tried the rhythm recommended it only worked maybe two rounds and stopped. It’s very hard to get a rhythm going for me. Therefore I can’t use it.
