Great story!
This is a really good book by a very talented writer. The storyline kept me on my toes. I can't wait for the next book by this author. She is a very good and original storyteller! You won't be disappointed at all.

Witches, Werewolves, Vampires & Vanishing Vaults of Cash
Book 2 of 4 in this spin-off miniseries. Enjoying via audible. Great narration. A cast of characters that fun, interesting and endearing. Again, safe to share with younger readers.Susan is investigating a mystery with the local banks that could be the biggest story in the Bugle's history and huge leg up for Susan if she can uncover the truth. Meanwhile she is put onto another mystery involving witches, werewolves, vampires - but she knows they don't exist. Still, she finds it intriguing.Charlie is juggling the care of the star light faeries living in his room and Pretty the kitten he feeds (much to the chagrin of Dorothy) and fumbling shy when it comes to the ladies.Neil is laying on the charm, dabbling with his magic in some risky ways and trying to keep the peace among the roomies.Dorothy is still not thrilled about having a human flat mate but is beginning to like her as a person - just would prefer her not to be in their flat or implementing chore charts, even if dirty dishes not sitting around is a plus.

Another great mystery
While the investigative reporter is busy tracking down clues on her latest mystery, her supernatural flatmates are trying to keep from being discovered. This book is very fast paced with all the happenings. Very enjoyable.

WHAT WHAT WHAT!
Not very funny Adele. While the book is written in seemingly short snippets, the 4 house mates do tend to mix and mingle in the crossing over of their independent lives. Right up until the end of the book. HOW CAN YOU LEAVE US HANGING LIKE THAT?

If 'Friends' had vampires
These Whoops! books are fun, light reads. It's as though the TV sitcom Friends was rewritten to include supernaturals like vamps, weres, wizards and fairies. Lots of fun subplots, but no real overarching plot make the book feel a bit meandering. Not a complaint...just an observation. It makes the endings feel ubrupt...nothing really gets resolved. Still, I am going to keep reading the rest of the series.

Humor and Mystery all in 1
Bank money missing, intimidation to get property, bad dates, ex-boyfriends showing up, side jobs for the roommates....what else could you want?

A story of quirky characters and everyday life with supernaturals.
This is a very enjoyable book to read. It’s got quirky characters leading down to earth lives. There is a mystery that gets resolved and another situation that’s ongoing. The flat mates are evolving in their lives and their relationship. An easy to read, well written book.
