MUST READ for Change Leaders
After John P Kotter's Change framework - 8 steps to achieve succcessful change, i strongly recommend this book for all working professional, especially Change Leaders/ Government officials who want to see a transformation in their organization. ADKAR - Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement - As these each component flows in a sequence and serves as a key drivers to start work on further steps (Awareness lead to desire, Desire lead to gain knowledge...). Interactions of each component towards others in a linear / non-linear fashion is my personal interest. This change model is practically experiment on both individual and organizations. Also, few Fortune 500 companies able to recognize the effectiveness of this model upon implementation. Many thanks to author Jeffrey M Hiatt for sharing this...

A great intro to change management and essential companion to Prosci methodology
Really useful resource either as a companion to the Prosci methodology or even standalone for introduction into the technique.

Great intro to Adkar
Easy to understand and Covers the basic knowledge although could do with an update as some examples are 13 years old, still relevant.Good as intro to Prosci Training

Great framework, could do with an update
Great framework, but the book could do with an update, particularly to make examples more relevant and replace some very US specific examples (1990s healthcare reforms under Clinton!) to make this resonate easier. After after all, relevant knowledge is important!

Practical, well paced and good delivery
Jeffrey presents the ADKAR model at a great level. Easy to digest without being overly simplistic.I would recommend this as a good primer for anyone considering PROSCI training and certification. The book is punctuated with case studies to reinforce learningFinally a nice summary and references.
