Doesn't line up right, holds down the lock screen button. emailed support for help but this is entirely unusable. Will update if support can resolve.Update: I didn’t hear from the company for a week so I returned to amazon, now they have emailed me and are sending me a revised version to try out. Adding a star for willingness to fix the issue!Update 2: company sent me a revised version in the mail, I received it yesterday and it works just as good as my iPhone X case, thank you so much for making this right. Love this case. It took me a while to find a case that uses real leather rather than PU. I've always had issues with PU starting to crack and peel and so I avoid it whenever possible. The cotton has a solid, hefty feel and I love the buttery feel of the leather pocket. I had a sleek, clear case that was awesome...until it slipped through my fingers and cracked the screen protector. Luckily the screen protector ate it and not my screen, but all of a sudden, that sleek case was no longer my favorite. So although this case is smooth and pleasant to the touch, it's nothing like some of those plastic cases out there. I mean honestly, it felt like I was trying to hold onto a fish that was wriggling back into the water with my old case.The pocket isn't deep, I wouldn't use it for more than two cards at the most. For me, it's perfect because I travel a lot for work and I'm constantly pulling out my driver's license. I keep my wallet in my backpack when I travel because of security checks (Don't want to have to pull it out of my back pocket and then put it back in). So this wallet will definitely hold my driver's license and at least one other card. I wouldn't use a credit card out of fear of demagnetization, so I'm more than happy to have this one-card wallet.The last thing I want to say is that the interior of the case (the part that is right next to the back of your phone) has slots for extra sim card and the sim card tool (that long needle thing with a loop). I already put my sim card tool inside. It's way better than having it on your key chain, I kept almost gouging out my finger tips with that damn thing. And if I did need a sim card tool, guess what, I'd be popping off my case. So keeping it there inside the case makes the most sense to me.Overall, fantastic case for the money. If I had to complain, it's that it's branded (but that's a personal thing, I don't want any branding on any of the stuff I own). Again, super minor complaint in light of all of the great benefits this case provides.

I previously purchased Apple's genuine leather cases but they always get cut up from being dropped and dirty from use. I purchased this because I was tire of shelling out $50 each time only for the cases to last only 6 months before becoming disgusting and torn up.These cases were relatively cheap and VERY attractive. I wen to the Apple Store to get my Macbook fixed and an Apple Genius complimented on the case and asked where I got it because "[they] didn't sell it."I'm very happy with my purchase because the price is superb and the design is awesome. The quality however isn't superb. The fabric isn't very strong because it's fabric and already the area next to my volume and silence toggle is a bit ripped from putting the phone in ( it was cut up by the silence toggle edges). Furthermore the most dissapointing part is the leather. The leather is SUPER SUPER thin. Like paper thin with a fabric backing. Super thin leather is generally a sign of bad leather and the fabric backing reinforces this. Thin leather is fragile and needs the backing to keep it from ripping. Furthermore the surface is likely bonded leather, that is leather with a plastic layer bonded on top. The leather will be more water resistant, won't develop patina, and will eventually crack/rip as the plastic breaks down.However all of these faults is perfectly fine because this case costs so little. I am happy for a case that I can use for a while since it was under $25 compared to Apple's genuine leather at over $50..

This case is perfect for those like myself who prefer a more minimalistic yet sleek look - it's neutral enough to go with everything but stylish enough to still be visually interesting. The "leather" feels very sturdy, while the fabric material is softer than your favorite t-shirt, which I feel is both a blessing and a curse. If you're someone who typically places your phone in the pocket of your jeans, the material is probably going to wear a bit on the corners after enough time, and both the leather and cotton can be a bit slick and make your device easy to drop. The case definitely isn't going to protect your screen, so I'd suggest investing in a decent tempered glass screen protector, and then you should be good to go. All in all I'd say the case is pretty great and I can see myself using it until it falls apart. Would 8/10 purchase again.

I’ll start with my nagging flaw. Wireless charging. My only wireless charger and the only i use most often when up/awake (not next to my bed) also has a slight fabric covering. Looks great but with the case and charger having fabric it seems to register false touches, causing my screen to turn on and like someone is pushing randomly on the screen. No other case causes this.With that said, it’s my only gripe and it’s specific to me. Otherwise this is great. Price point is great. Construction is good. I’m a little worried about the top fabric area getting dirty. The leather is nice, soft, and the branding is minimal.I would buy this again, oh wait, I already did!

This case is beautiful! Well crafted and elegantly made. I only wish the edges were raised a little more to add protection for the screen for when I place the phone face down. The back seems raised enough around the camera that I think it should hopefully be safe when I put the phone down on it’s back. If you get this case definitely invest in a tempered glass screen to give your phone a little more protection. Other than that, this is a really nice product.

Really disappointed with this product. I’ve not dropped my 5 month old IPhone XS but I have discovered upon taking the case off that the back of my phone is cracked. The origin of the crack is exactly where the top of my bank cards sits.

Shell buttons don't translate to phone buttons, incredibly shoddily made. Waste of money, threw mine away.

Buttons were falling out, power button did not depress therefore rendering it useless. Looked worn and stretched. Glue sticking out the stitching at the back. Not impressed and unusable.
