Harris Pharma 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Wash 8 oz Pack of 3

This stuff works when nothing else does. It's better than the "name brand" version and effective on even the most stubborn cystic acne. It doesn't completely dry me out but also doesn't leave my skin feeling unclean / too slick. It works really well on my face and also chest/back areas, especially if combined with a good scrub and a textured back brush. I've used this peroxide wash for years and usually keep a stash of it so I never run out. It worked on my "teenager" skin problems as well as my more stubborn "adult / hormone-related acne," too.
