Great keep fit product to use every day and to travel with
This is a great lightweight but effective quick work out. I am a senior customer, but an active one, who travels regularly for business. I can pop this in my suitcase and pack around it. I usually use it for thighs when watching TV, same or arms and biceps just sitting up and watching TV as well. My biceps look like those of someone more than half my age!!. Great little product.

It broke
I liked this when I first got it although it did sometimes slip out of position. I really felt like it was working the muscles and used it regularly but unfortunately after a while I noticed a large crack in the plastic and so is not really effective anymore, it was by then too late to send back for a refund.

Squeeze
Basic adductor exerciser. Easy to use. Spring tension not too difficult to overcome. Needs high repetition of squeezes to compensate for ease of use. Wouldn't personally use it for any other exercises exept adductor. Handy addition to home kit.

Brilliant value for money
Product was a bit smaller than i expected but after using it the leg/arm shaper it was perfect. Nice and cushioned so didn't rub or dig in anywhere and easier to store great product and fab value for money.

Does the job but not much to rate ๐
Was hoping that if I paid a bit more it would make a difference( sadly not. Not much resistance and the foam part is not as thick as my previous one( and not as thick as stated in the advert ๐๐Won't buy again and won't recommend. . .
