A book for the truth seeker!
P.R.I.S.M explores beliefs and its converse from a nuanced perspective that the author has clearly put a lot of thought and consideration in - the book begins by exploring the concept of God then moves on to religion and concludes with The Message. I loved how it goes from a general overview which lays the ground work in the readers mind and then hones in on specific and at times original thoughts and ideas from the author. What is even more unique to me is how the author picked apart different faith traditions from across the world (contrary to popular writings that mainly focus on the main monotheistic and polytheistic faiths) to find the recurring thread that runs through all of them. It has to be said that for such a delicate matter the author handled it deftly, with tact and respect. If you approach P.R.I.S.M with an open mind and heart, I’m sure you’ll find ‘something’ in it as I did. I would definitely recommend the book to any sincere seeker of truth!

Insightful piece
Insightful piece, excellently researched and the author has conveyed his message in a manner that is easy to understand for even those unfamiliar with the Muslim faith.

A study worthy of a PhD in it's own right
This book is not evangelical nor is it a targetted scholarly work for students of Islam. It is a study in cultural anthropology, philosophy and religious studies. I would recommend it for both students of religion and laypeople who seek clarity in their relationship with religion on a personal level and at a social level as it offers explanations for many of hitherto unexplained phenomena that we just brush aside as "that's just the way it is". It is a bold yet respectful study in the inherited practices that some of us take for granted without even thinking about it.If the author was studying in the field of religious studies I would say to him " you already have your PhD in thesis ready for submission in this book". A must-read for all inquisitive minds.

Very thought provoking
The author took his time to present compelling reasons to ponder upon why we are on this planet. It is in my view quite analytical of the historical teachings of the different religions. Though I am not a student of religious studies I think the author does a good job of bringing the average reader along in explaining his rationale for his views.
