BlueSpray BSC024i-UE 24 Zone WiFi Pro Smart Sprinkler Irrigation Controller

It took a few tries, and one call to support to get the 24-valve controller up and running. I have been using it for 14 months, and it works...I really wish there was an iOS app, as trying to operate the system from a browser on my phone is a challenge due to tiny fonts. The UI, particularly on mobile devices, is not intuitive. I have emailed Support and it seem unlikely that an app, or more frequent updates are priorities. In fact, though the system is stable, it has been about 12 months since the last firmware upgrade. BlueSpray doesn’t appear to want to be the very best in the business and keep getting better and better -- rather, being “good enough” seems to be their philosophy. In hind sight, I would have looked harder at Rachio.”

I have a pretty large property on the desert. I could not find a web based controller to handle the 50+ zones I have, until I came upon with Bluespray!!!It is an amazing controller, super easy to install and operate.I highly recommend it!!! Great customer support also!!will be buying two more expansion modules!!!

Easy to setup. My only reservation is the zone map part of the online app was a bit clunky and not very useful. Everything else works like a champ. Yes, I would definitely recommend this product.

I had already written a lengthy review about this thing, and it "disappeared" before it ever made it onto the review board. Hmmmmmm.. Anyway, I will cut to the chase: If you got $340 to blow on a 24 zone controller, do yourself a favor and go to Vegas, then put it all on red at the roulette table. Better chance you will be able to afford the out-of-warranty "replacement" plan they offer, which is "Go buy another one". I was 1/2 way through my second season and the expertly designed circuit board had a BBQ, but neglected to invite me. (See pic)Yes, it was "out of warranty." Well, can I buy a replacement board? "No" Can I pay to send it to you, and YOU replace the board? "NO!" What am I suppose to do? "Go buy another one."

I have had this controller for 3 years and it has been very reliable. If ever i have any issue I contact BlueSpray and within 24 hours (Normally within 6 hours) they respond to my issue.Great Product!!
