Easy and effective results. Seems pricey, but nothing compared to what a private blood panel costs. There were some technical issues with viewing the results that their customer service was able to fix within minutes through text.

Came in the mail quick and easy to use/understand! I feel like understanding biological info can be tricky, but felt like the explinations were detailed and simplified. As a young person I was interested in this test specifically to see what my hermonal baseline looks like, especially since the women in my family have history of hormonal issues.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for results and still don't have them. When I log in, the received date is still pending. They use regular ground shipping so it can't be tracked. Other tests similar to this that I've taken before use priority and have a tracking number. I won't be purchasing from this lab again. Wasted money
