軽い負荷なら良いと思います。重たい負荷でエクササイズを行うと手首や足首に皮の部分が当たり痛くて追い込むことが出来ません！

These are legit
After trial and error with other ankle attachments, these have a permanent home in my gym bag. I like that it’s Velcro adjustable AND leather. That’s hard to find. Has soft cushioned inside too (leather sounds stiff and uncomfortable but with that padding it’s not). Biggest factor if you’re an avid gymer is def the distance of the double d rings from the actual ankle. Makes kickbacks way more stable. I don’t understand the physics, it’s just way better than attachments that have the under-the-ankle strap or the cheap ones that just Velcro with the double d rings attached flush to the strap.

Very sturdy, comfortable, and adjustable
*These were not purchased for their intended use* We have gone through MANY ankle straps, and have broken all we have purchased thus far. After our last set broke, we found these and they are PERFECT. They hold the weight of my suspended legs very well, they do not dig into my ankles, and they tolerate sudden and prolonged movements and thrashing. I highly recommend these!

Very durable and comfortable ankle strap
I love these ankle straps. I have tried other types of ankle strap and the velcro always ends up separating, causing the strap to come off of my ankle mid-workout. The way these straps fit, the velcro is super durable AND there are the dual metal rings - there is NO WAY these straps will fail or pull off of my ankle during my workouts. THANK YOU! Highly Recommend. PS: They are very comfortable too - no rubbing or irritation at all on my skin.
