For under eye bags. Didn't do much. I wanted and hoped it would. Disappointed

I'm really getting tired of how many under eye type products out there are completely useless and do nothing. I wasn't TOO optimistic, but like many others I got very excited about this product thinking maybe just maybe this could really be a quick (albeit temporary) fix for my puffy/hallow eyes. Let me be clear in saying that this product did absolutely positively NOTHING but feel cool under my eye and leave a bit of a shine. No tightening, no effect, no nothing. I asked for a refund because honestly I want my $17 back.
