The Sainsbury book of pressure cooking

This book is perfect for a hob pressure cooker ,or, as I now have an electric pressure cooker it’s works the same , all the recipes work really well .This book was first published in 1983.

It was just as I remembered it from when my kids were young. Redid some delicious recipes.

I bought this book because the picture on the front was my old pressure cooker and I had lost the manuel. Useful tips for cooking and recipes.

Excellent recipe for steak and kidney pudding. I use it with my Instant Pot.
