"The" Rice for Risotto
I've been frustrated that my risotto is not quite as good as restaurant risotto and vowed to improve my cooking. I looked at YouTube tutorials, searched online for Italian risotto recipes and switched from Aborio to Vialone Nano rice and it is better. Mostly for fun I looked on Amazon and bought an olive wood risotto spoon, which I faithfully use. Frankly I don;'t think the spoon is any better for risotto than a regular spoon but I get a kick out of using the "right" spoon. Whatever, between the recipe, the Vialone Nano rice and the spoon, my risotto is now restaurant quality!

I have never made risotto before, but if I was going to make it. I wanted to make sure I had the best ingredients first. I was recommended to use this grain of rice and I am so glad that I did. I absolutely loved it and will buy this product again. It was simple and held the flavor just right.
