Minimum thik hi hain koi diffecticve part nahi aya par. Curl / plain bar bohot hi thin hain .... 16 mm ka par pvc weight hole diameter 27 mm so minimum 20 mm ka dena sahiye.. kus jyada hi thin hain. .. baki pvc weight vi thik thak hain... Or dumbel bar thik thak hain paisa ke hisab se... 1500 main isse jyada or nahi mil sakta all over product avarage begeners ke liye thik hain 6 mahina isse kam sal jayega par uske bad apko curl/plain rod jyada diameter ka order dena parega thank you from north east assam

It's usually useful for beginners and not pro , I don't think so that is a value for money.So I request to return the product but they denied it 3 times it's a worst experience. What are you doing Amazon not expected
