Basically you can depend on the good reviews you see. HOWEVER, be careful when ordering the C serum AND the moisturizer often sold together. Make sure you choose the duo with exactly 1.7oz of formula otherwise the moisturizer will be 1.7 oz but the C serum will be the 1.0 oz size. 3 - 4 dollar difference at this point. Don't be fooled and thus disappointed. Just sayin. ..Also, many of the reviews list 'phenoxyethanol' (used in lieu of parabens now) to preserve the formula, and thus many complaints about that mentioned. I have not yet seen the manufacturers response. Manufacturers have come to think they ALL need this especially with so called "organic" formulas. My experience however lends to the thinking that the amounts they sell their products in is so SMALL as to probably not be in need of this ingredient to start with! Amounts over 1% are supposed to be more risky, but other than first to last order, ingredient percentages are rarely listed on labels.If the amount is among the LAST ingredients listed you are probably in a safe zone which mine was, HOWEVER, formula containers I have purchased over the last year have NOT listed this additional ingredient. Sometimes it is listed on the box but not the container itself which MAY be due to using older containers and newly manufactured boxes or vice versa.

I bought these products about 6 weeks ago and have been using the Vitamin C serum in the mornings and occasionally before applying the retinol at night. I've been using the retinol at night. Both products are super hydrating and leave my skin with such a nice texture. The serum is a little sticky at first but it dries down nicely. Very easy to put my moisturizer over it before applying makeup for the day. The retinol cream is so soft and dries beautifully (with or without the Vitamin C base). I have combination skin that is prone to whiteheads and my friends have been complimenting me on how radiant my skin is looking lately. Would recommend!

I usually get splotchy sun damage on my face every summer...not this year! Didn't take a before pic, but I do believe it has helped soften neck and facial lines. It is very pricey but I'm on my second set so it has become a part of my routine.

I have been using Kleem's retinol cream and Vitamin C serum for almost 3 years. Last month, I switched to another highly rated Vitamin C serum and retinol product that I found online, hoping a different product would lighten a couple of dark areas on my face. After using the other brand for only 4 weeks, I noticed that my face had developed a kind of wrinkled appearance. There were areas on my face that looked as though my skin had aged overnight. I stopped using the new products and resumed using my Kleem Vitamin C serum and retinol cream and those wrinkled areas are gone now. I won't switch products again. Also, Kleem's customer service is 2nd to none. They truly care about the satisfaction of their customers. I received a very quick, personalized response to a question I submitted to them via Facebook Messenger and then communicated via email with their skin care expert, Alessandra, who replaced a product that had been sitting on my shelf for too long (my fault) and gave me some valuable skin care tips. A friend recommended Kleem back in April 2022 and I’ve been using them ever since. He said he did a lot of research and that it helps helps with crows feet around your eyes. I had said to him you haven’t aged a bit since I saw you last which was 10 years. He said he used this product and brought out the Kleem moisturizer. I went home and ordered it right away. I feel that it’s really made my ‘old’ skin look and feel so much better. It also smells really good. Sometimes I can get turned off a product if the smell is too strong or just not good. This is so good. He doesn’t use the vitamin c but I added it to my purchases and love it.I’d say one container lasts a month using morning and night. Give it a try.

I love this products!!! I’ve been using them for a while and I’m very, very happy. My husband started using them too and, I kid you not, his coworkers asked him if he got Botox done because he’s skin looked so good!!!!Highly recommended!!!!

Love Klerk products-multiple time purchaser of these products. The citrus fragrance is light and clean, reminds me of being on a trip in Florida! The feel on my skin is soft and smooth. Perfect!

I love how the serum absorbs and I have begun seeing changes from retinol moisturizer as well as the vitamin C serum.
