It's a great read into the work of a very talented IM specialist. . . .
Great read even if the medical terminology can bog the reader down. . . .Love the oft repeated "So what you got?". You will really enjoy this book and will realize the amount of knowledge that all docs must acquire and maintain to care for patients, especially those with "extraordinary" symptoms.

A most entertaining and cleverly written book. I loved it and heartily recommend it
Like in all of his books Wink writes with great wit and cleverness. Having worked at the Harbour City Regional for many years I knew/know many of the characters depicted which makes it all the more entertaining for me. You certainly don’t have to be in the medical field to enjoy the book but you would get more out of it if you were.I laughed out loud throughout.Well done Dr Sabado.John M

Engrossing read
This read was like going to a delicious smorgasbord. Lots of savoury meats (fascinating medical cases),healthy salads (philosophy and quotations), fresh vegetables (the diverse characters) and delicious desserts ("the Analects of Dr. Sababa") . All this goodness accompanied by a pinot noir (the humour).A medical background makes this book even more enjoyable.

ENLIGHTENING AND WITTY
An eye-opener for medical and non-medical readers alike. Winkler writes with style, irony, and wit.
