Granted i should have read the blurb under the item a little better but now noticed that it says 50 odd pages but only 30 odd of those actually have text on them and many of them only have half a page and some, one or two lines ! and the text is larger than other books. There are many blank pages too ! I also agree with other people that the information within this feels like it has been lifted from wikipedia or other internet sites ! I am very disappointed as it is meant to be a xmas gift for my nephew and at £4.61 i was expecting a lot more. Unfortunately i cannot recommend this item and feel it is a waste of money.

Disappointing
The text felt generic as I read through this book. It was as if the author had a template and extracted information readily available on-line and then fill in the blanks. The only saving grace was the purchase price.

Peyton Manning: The Inspirational Story
Peyton Manning is a national hero whether ones likes football or not...of course FOOTBALL makes him more of a sensation! This is a short book telling the background of Peyton, his work ethic, his UT schooling, his finding his future wife at his first year at UT, and his generous giving of himself and his money to needy causes. He is an all-inspiring icon and this is a good book to read...especially for a young person who is looking at work ethics and setting goals. My book was downloaded onto my Kindle and was from Amazon.

It was short and sweet and informative
It was short and sweet and informative; somewhat like reading the Cliff's Notes of Manning: A Father, His Sons and a Football Legacy. While it was full of stats and facts it was somewhat lacking in the more personal details. It would probably be a good reference book for the Peyton Manning enthusiasts of which I would be included.

Stopped after Chapter 5
Chapters 1-5 were probably the best parts of this book...everything else was not really writing so much as listing what can be found online. Chapter 6 is literally what seems like a copied and pasted list of awards Peyton Manning has received over the years. Then, the book concludes...what?! It makes little sense. The final pages are then just purely promotional of the authors' other works. Lackluster effort at best.
