Received my Solimo Santoku Stainless Steel knife (7" blade) earlier today.I put it through its paces, and here are my remarks.It is a beautiful knife with a 7" blade, and a 4.8" handle. It is a full tang knife riveted to the handle at 3 places. The handle is a well made wooden one, which has a nice feel in the hand.The blade is sturdy, and is made of high quality stainless steel. It has a dimpled face, which prevents the cut material from sticking to the knife.The knife is sharp, and it slices through vegetables, fruits, fish and meat effortlessly.I am very satisfied with the knife. Very good quality at a reasonable price. Highly recommended. 👌🏽👍🏽

First off, this is a knife made for specific purpose to be used in specific manner. Some reviews suggest it loses sharpness after a few uses and rusts. Considering the price range, it is good enough.No knife in the world is going to retain it's sharpness for long without sharpening. So, invest in a sharpening stone and learn to sharpen the knife with it.Do not keep the knife wet or in humid conditions. Always rinse/wash after every use and dry it thoroughly after every wash.This knife is for beginners who are learning cutting skills. After they have honed their skills, they can move on to better knifes like Victorinox or Cartini.Overall good quality knife for beginners to learn.

Nice... But costly. Cuts fine. Balance is a little off.

Such a perfect product at this price, I got it at ₹409. Solid built, perfect weight, nice grip and the most important thing it is razor sharp. Cutting and chopping became more fun with this great santoku knife. Hope it lasts long.

Ok so been using this knife whilst travelling for 1 year now. It is still super sharp and have not needed to sharpen it. So a super knife all around.
