As foam tips, I was expecting it deliver better bass. It is comfortable, have to say, but it loses all the bass which is sooooo disappointing. Waste of money. (Easy comparing by listening to hotel California 1994 live version, from 33 seconds )

In a perfect world - or even in vaguely nicer world - Apple would have decent earphone tips to go with their very expensive product. As it is: Apple tips are horrible, and the earbuds will not fit in my ear. They constantly fall out. I get a nice grip with these tips, they block out the sound, and they are comfortable. I just wish we didn't have to pay ~extra~ for them.

Imagine having a sponge in your ears.. Now imagine it's light or white and you keep having it in your ear one time after another.Unless you are a cleanliness freak, they will easily start picking up more and more earwax.I used to have black ones before I got these, and those did not show wear until they broke 3 months after fairly extensive use.Overall - a very nice replacement for stock earpads, but be prepared to replace them at least every couple of months.
