Disappointingly I had to extend the air pipe, which was too short to reach above the water surface for my pool. Fortunately I had some irrigation poly pipe that fitted snugly over the air pipe, and I was still able to fit the supplied rubber cap over the end of the poly pipe.I also found that to get the aerator to suck air I had to close off one of the three return lines. This increased the flow of water through the aerator enough to suck air.Once I had taken the above two steps, the aerator worked as expected.

Works great. The blue tip thing on the jet had to be removed for it to shoot the water out. With that piece it wasn't pushing water out like it should. But other than that, great price and product

Bought is aerator to increase the PH in my pool after adding muriatic acid to lower the TA (Total Alkalinity). The kit is fairly easy to install on the existing outlet and supplies good amount of air bubbles into the water. One thing I want the potential buyers to know is that when you adjust the nozzle (the blue rubber piece) direction to eject bubbled water into the pool, that will have impact on the water flow rate. If the water flow rate is too low no air will be sucked in. If you see this just readjust the nozzle and it will work. Hope this helps.

I had the pipes replaced in the pool but needed a way to add more air to the water. These did the trick and out the ph under control

Nice eye replacement for pool steps. Adds a jacuzzi feel to the steps area. Super easy to install and seems to work great. I Love it.

I put this on one of the two return ports in my in-ground pool. It works great to naturally raise the pH to the 7.2-7.5 range without chemicals.

will never own a pool without these. put them on pool returns and water chemistry has become simple, constant aeration buffers/raises ph and lowers TA.
