Odd but true..
Contents turned a deep coffee brown after opening! Yuk!

Opened container no taste or flavor to item like sawdust! Awful! Checked date which is good bit flavor - none! Had neighbor taste same conclusion something is wrong with this product!

Needed a Replacement!
I just purchased this brand of Parmesan Cheese as a Replacement for a brand I had Milano that was out of stock and I needed something for when I cook Italian Dishes. Too new to give it a fair rating.It does smell though like it will be delicious.
