It's not difficult, but it will take some time to handle it correctly.

You can use the glue dots to place additional balloons into gaps.

Q: Is arch include in the kit. If not how to make the arch then thanks

There isn't an arch as such it's sticky type pads that you have to thread the knotted end through. I didn't find it very easy to do (I do have Rheumatoid arthritis) we ended up making two shapes out of the balloons and not an arch. Hope this helps.

You hang the balloon arched on a thin ribbon and then fasten it to the ceiling.
