Really wanted to love this purchase, as it is a neat, sleek design. But plugging in 2 sets of headphones to the splitter results in unbalanced audio. Both headphones that are plugged into the split get audio in each ear, however, it's something like 70% audio in 1 ear and 30% audio in the other. I don't know why it would be designed this way, but it does not accomplish my intended purpose of allowing 2 people to use headphones from a single audio source.

I am sorry that I did not give more credence to the one star reviews that mentioned the problem of speaker plugs being inserted into the female ends of this headphone splitter and the connection easily becoming loose. Since there were more five-star reviews that made no mention of this I went ahead and purchased the product. But much to my dismay if one plugs in the male end of this headphone splitter into the attached female sockets one would notice quite readily that the connection is extremely loose and it is very easy for the plug to become detached from the socket. This renders the headphone splitter entirely unreliable. So my recommendation is to avoid buying this despite the more positive reviews.

This is a simple idea well executed. The red color makes it stand out in the tech pocket of my case. My small black one square inch unit got lost quickly. Works 100%. The tightest female aux jacks I have ever seen. Metal housing for the jacks and stress relief makes me thing this can take long term use. Is not picking up noise from the monitors, computers or other systems on me desk. I'll write you in 2024 about durability. I am using this with a Lenovo P11 tablet, and a usbc to charge/audio splitter [asin:B094Z6149B] and the sound is fine and moving the cables does not make it crackle.

Pros- *Subjective* No degradation in sound quality (MP3 320kbps 48khz, Asrock Z270 Taichi(ALC1220) & Yamaha EPH-200 [NOT EPH-M200])- *Subjective* No crosstalk (left-right sound getting mixed together/affecting each other)- Unexpected blue connectors, I like the color and finish.- Nice braided cable- Cable is very flexible (good for people who don't like stiff wires)Con- Cable is too flexible (as in one might accidentally bend it past minimum bend radius and damage it)I feel like it will last forever on the back of my PC but not sure if I have to use one for travelling.

I used these to listen through two headsets at one time from my pc. The only issue is when you plug them in both headsets get quieter and if you try to control the headset volume using the volume slider on the headset it controls both at once but that's easily fixable. The only problem i could see is if one person has bad hearing and the other has sensitive ears.

I could not ask for more better quality!!!The splitter works perfectly. My son has shared his movies with my wife and my wife liked the fact the she was using her headphones and did not have to have our son sitting on her lap.On movie night this weekend we are hooking up the RCA jacks to are big speakers for the movies. We tried the only using one speakers, but with the sound going through. No way We are not just using one.You were the only place we are going to buy from!!!Thank you.

I’m happy with the performance, but there is something about the build quality, which feels kind of generic. I like the fact that it’s flexible and easy to see/find, but I feel like it should have been cheaper than what I paid. All of these products work the same so get whatever is cheapest. This one was ok-good, not great.

It works. But... when you have 2 pairs of headphones plugged in the volume was cut drastically in each pair of headphones. Tried to use this on my surface pro for a long flight with the misses. But we couldnt hear the movies. Too quiet. But works fine with only 1 headphones plugged in.
